As a Professional user, it is important that you receive, view, and update your Referrals on a regular basis. If you need more information on how to do this, please check out our Help Center article, Professionals | Receiving, viewing, and updating Referrals.
Navigate to My Dashboard, then go to the left sidebar navigation and click on the Referrals link.
Next, ensure you have the location you want to bulk update resource referral status on selected in your location drop-down menu.
Sort your Referrals by Referral Type > Incoming and then choose your preferred Referral Status.
The following statuses are available to select from the status drop-down menu:

New Referral: A referral has been made but no action has been taken. The individual needs to be contacted by the receiving agency.

Accepted: The individual is deemed eligible to enroll in the resource and the receiving agency will work with the Participant to support them.

Rejected: The individual has been deemed ineligible to enroll in the service or class This status requires a reason.
You can take action on an individual Referral by clicking on the pen icon, but to bulk edit these Referrals, you will click the check box on the far left side of each individual Referral.
Click on the Change Status of Selected button.
Change the status of the selected Referrals and add any relevant notes.
