To invite an individual to the Customer Portal, first ensure you are currently viewing the correct location. If you have access to more than one location, toggle to update your current location.
To begin adding the individual, navigate to the “Customer” view on the primary left navigation. *Note, the word "Customer" may very in your implementation. "Customers" may also be called Students, Participants, Clients, etc.
Search for the appropriate Customer record using the search bar and click on their name to view the individual's record.
In the individual's record, navigate to the inner left side bar navigation, Portal Activity.
In the Portal Activity, you will be able to view the current status of that person's Customer Portal.
To resend the Customer Portal invitation, select “Send Customer Portal Invitation.”
Note that once you have clicked this button, you can always return to this page to resend the customer portal invitation. The links expire in 24 hours for security and privacy reasons, so please instruct your participants accordingly. They can also ask for a new link by visiting the Forgot Password page.
