Updating your primary location

The My Journey platform requires that you select a location to use the system. If you need to update your primary location, watch this short video on how to do it.

Additionally, here are step by step instructions of how to update your primary location.

1.) Navigate to My Dashboard by signing in to My Journey.

2.) Select My Profile from the left side bar navigation. While there is a carrot drop-down, you must select My Profile.

3) Navigate to Primary Location (highlighted here in yellow).

4) Select the primary location that you want to be associated with.

5) Click the "Select Location" button to save your choice.

6) You'll see your new location on My Dashboard next to your name.
