Welcome to the updated version of My Colorado Journey!
In order to better serve all Coloradans and the professionals who support them, My Colorado Journey migrated to an updated platform on Aug. 29, 2022. On the improved platform, Professionals (e.g., educators, case managers) have access to a separate portal from Customers (e.g., students, jobseekers). This new Professional Portal enables you to more easily engage with the CO residents you support (e.g., adding resident accounts, assigning or recommending Outcomes, viewing reporting across the people you serve).
You can have both a Customer account and a Professional account. To create a Customer account, register here: https://www.mycoloradojourney.com/customer-portal/login
To request a Professional account, please fill out this form: https://tinyurl.com/MCJProfessionalAccount. Once approved, you will receive an email invitation to create your password and access your new account.
