How do I hire an applicant in PAIRIN Pro?
There are two ways to hire an applicant in PAIRIN Pro, on the Manage tab and on the Data tab.
The Manage Tab
From the Manage tab, ensure “Openings” is selected from the menu on the top right.
Select the opening from the left hand list in which you want to hire the applicant. This will show a list of all applicants for that position. Check the box to the left of the applicant(s) you wish to hire. Three options will appear above the list of names. To hire the applicant, click the first of the icons - the individual with a check mark.
The Data Tab
From the Data tab, ensure you are viewing the data for either the applicant or the opening. Select the Target page from the top menu.
Click the arrow to the right of the applicant you wish to hire. Two icons will appear below their name. To hire the applicant, click the first of the icons - the individual with a check mark.
