To invite an individual to the Participant Portal, first ensure you are currently viewing the correct location that corresponds with the individual in the upper right-hand corner. Otherwise, you could inadvertently invite the participant to the incorrect location. Please note, only PAIRIN staff and Client Administrators can change a participant's location. If you need support, please reach out.
To begin adding the individual, navigate to the “Participants” tab in the top gray menu bar of your screen. *Note, the word "Participants" may very in your implementation. "Participants" may also be called Students, Customers, Clients, etc.
Search for the appropriate student record using the search bar and click on their name to view the individual's record.
In the individual's record, navigate to the Participant Portal Activity.
In the Participant Portal Activity, you will be able to view the current status of that individual's Participant Portal.
To resend the Participant Portal invitation. Select “Send Student Portal Invitation.” Note that once you have clicked this button, you can always return to this page to resend the student's invitation.
