What is PAIRIN Pro and what does it do for workforce development?
PAIRIN is an all-inclusive tool to assess, develop and effectively coach your program participants to be top performers. Just survey the candidates that you are looking to develop, identify areas for development and track growth over time all within PAIRIN Pro.
PAIRIN Pro will aid in both your develop and coaching operations. You can measure and track the skills change and development of your program participants. PAIRIN Pro gives you the data you need about your participants’ soft skills development and helps you in creating meaningful development for them to be better prepared in their current and future goals.
What additional features do I get with PAIRIN Pro for workforce development?
PAIRIN Pro is the ultimate coaching and development tool!
Not only can you see all your members in one place, but you can also get personalized insights, tips and coaching questions for each member. Furthermore, you get access to custom reports, which can be customized to include information and skills most relevant to your organization.
You also get access to 11 different behavioral charts, which plots on a four quadrant grid, each member in relation to different axes. Some of these charts include view of people (how individuals perceive the abilities and behaviors of most others), work approach (how individuals aspire and endeavor), mentoring style (how individuals guide and encourage others), response to coaching (how people perceive and make use of coaching), among others.

What targets come on a Workforce Development account?
All workforce accounts are loaded with two targets—the Imperatives target and Career Launch — both based on PAIRIN research. As a reminder, a target is a grouping of attributes with corresponding ranges fo. Based on your target, ranges indicate the desired intensities related to the specific goal.
The Imperatives target is focused on the 8 foundational skills to develop. It can be challenging to learn higher-order skills without a strong foundation in these personal skills. This Understanding the Imperatives blog series provides additional information about these skills, and why they are important.
The Career Launch target is focused on 14 skills to help individuals develop the skills needed to launch into a job or career they love. The target is designed to help individuals prepare for a broad range of careers, as opposed to very specific job specializations, like an accountant or doctor. In addition, all attributes in this target are aligned directly to PAIRIN’s skill curriculum, allowing you to easily map an individual’s gaps to the exact courses they can take to develop those skills.
What do my program participants see?
Our clients have the opportunity to determine what their participants see after completing the survey. If you elect to have your students see their PAIRIN Personal, we can configure it to meet your needs.
All PAIRIN Personal accounts display a participants top four qualities (strengths). If you would like to offer participants development tools within PAIRIN Personal, we can enable PAIRIN online curriculum and/or a specific target with attribute tips and insights.
