My Colorado Journey is available for free to all residents and all incarcerated individuals in Colorado. Incarcerated individuals will experience the platform in a slightly different way, as the platform has been configured to provide increased security and customization:
- Account creation: Individuals associated with the Department of Corrections will not create their own accounts. Instead, staff members create accounts on their behalf, and provide login information to the user.
- Content: The Department of Corrections has access to unique, customized Outcomes, Goals, and Steps designed to support incarcerated users. These Outcomes cover a broad range of topics, including re-entry support, career navigation, second chance networks, and more.
- Question types: For security purposes, free response and file upload questions are not available for incarcerated users. Incarcerated individuals will select answers from dropdown lists or will write their reflections separately in a physical journal.
- Support tickets: Only Department of Corrections professionals are able to submit tickets to our Help Desk staff.
