Who can use the Public Profile?
The Public Profile benefits all ages and roles.
Where is the Public Profile in the system?
You can access the Public Profile in the Tools menu.
How to use the Public Profile
Begin by clicking "Edit Basic Info" to edit your contact information. In addition to your name, email address, phone number, and location, you can add a link to your LinkedIn and up to two external websites (e.g., for a portfolio or other items you wish to share).
Next, you'll see your PAIRIN survey results. This will display your top Drivers, or motivators.
Next, add in work experience. You can add in multiple current and past positions to showcase your experience and skills.
Finally, add in your education. Just like work experience, you can have multiple entries here.
Regardless of how much you fill out within these sections, you can publish only what you want to share. To make your profile public, click "Publish" in the top right of the page. Use the toggles to turn on which sections you'd like to make publicly visible on your profile, then click "Save & Publish".
The share link at the top right of the page allows you to copy the link to your Public Profile. Providing this link to others will allow them to see the sections you have published.
