Log In and Access Client Settings: Log in to My Professional Center. On the left sidebar navigation menu, click on the gear icon labeled "Client Settings."
Access Community Catalog Section: Within the Client Settings, find the "Community Catalog" section. Click on the option titled "In-Network Referrals Resources" under this section.
Create a New Referral Resource: Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click on "Create Referral Resource" to initiate the process of adding a new resource.
As you make these changes, be sure to always save your work by clicking the Save Referral Resource button at the bottom of the page.
Enter Resource Details
Required Fields
- Select the appropriate "Resource Type" from the dropdown menu, which corresponds to pre-configured "Referral Types."
- Provide a meaningful "Name" for the resource.
- Write a concise "Description" that explains the resource's focus and purpose.
- Indicate the "Location" from the dropdown list or select "Is Offsite" and provide an address if the resource is held at a different location.
Optional Fields
- If applicable, set the "Filled At" date, which marks when the resource is considered at capacity.
- Associate the resource with a specific "Class ID" or section number.
- Choose the "Funding Source" from options like WIOA Titles I-IV or a local grant.
- Add the name of the "Instructor" if necessary.
- Specify the "Total Length of Time" if required.
- If applicable, mention the certificates or credentials in the "Certificate Name" field.
- Include any additional details about the location in "Location Notes."
Miscellaneous Options
- Determine whether the resource should be displayed in the Professional Portal or Participant Portal.
- Indicate if the resource is "Eligible Training Provider List Certified."
- If applicable, mention whether the resource "Requires Payment."
- Attach the "AEBG Entry Form" if needed.
- Specify any "Eligibility Document(s)" required for the referral.
- Upload the "Required Document" and select its category.
- Optionally, add more details through a PDF and/or URL attachments.
- Choose a "Point of Contact" to manage incoming referrals.
Schedule (If Applicable)
- If a schedule is needed for the resource type, proceed to the "Schedule" tab.
- Choose the "Schedule Type" – either "Appointment" or "All Times."
- Select the "Repeating" pattern if necessary (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly).
- Set the timing details based on the selected schedule type.
- Specify the "Seat Capacity" for appointments, which will be updated dynamically.
GLE/EFL and Scaled Score Levels (If Applicable)
- If GLE/EFL or Scaled Score Levels are relevant, navigate to the "Scores" tab.
- Adjust the minimum and maximum levels for applicable content areas.
- Add any notes or scores as required.
AEBG (If Applicable):
- If AEBG reporting is needed, access the "AEBG" tab.
- Choose the "AEBG Class Type" and "AEBG Content Area" accordingly.
Edit, Duplicate, or Delete Resources
- To edit, click on the "edit" icon (pencil icon) to modify fields, if applicable.
- To clone, click the "duplicate papers" icon to create a copy with "(Clone)" added to the name. Update and save the cloned resource.
- To delete, click the trash can icon if no referrals have been made to it.
