My Colorado Journey is connected to a large network of Community Service Providers. These organizations provide services and resources to help people throughout each stage of their lives. By identifying those needs in your account, the platform will recommend Outcome to you that will connect you with specific organizations near you.
So how do you get these Outcomes? If you're setting up your account for the first time, select the relevant items under the question "What else can we help you with?".
You can also update this information at any time in the Personal Assistance section of your profile (your initials in the left hand menu).
Once you've made/updated your selections, you'll have these Outcomes recommended to you, just like your other Outcomes. You can then add them to your journey. The Steps will walk you through connecting with a local service provider. Using the combination of your zip code and the service you selected, the widget will present you with the three closest options to you. To access contact information such as phone, address, website, or email click the "Learn More" button. If there is a website for that organization, clicking the organization name will also take you directly to their site.
