Please remember that there are two different sides to My Colorado Journey -- a Customer Portal for participants, job seekers, and students and a Professional log in for staff members.
If you have an approved Professional account, please log in by visiting My Colorado Journey. Look for the button on the right hand side to sign in as a Professional. Please remember that to have a Professional account, you must request one. You cannot create one without a request and subsequent approval by the State of Colorado. To make this request, please visit Request Professional user access in My Colorado Journey.
