What's new in the Professional Redesign

PAIRIN is so excited to release the new and improved My Journey Participant Portal for all Professional users of our platform.

My Workspace is now called My Dashboard. Updated widgets are live. Be sure to check the new Announcements section for important information.

Select your location on the top menu bar. You can type the name of your location to search for locations and quickly navigate to the correct location.

Participant search can be by Name, Date of Birth, Email, Internal or External ID. If you want to search for everyone at an entire location, please enter an asterisk, *, into the search.

Participant workflows are easier to navigate than ever. Once you have navigated to a Participant record, use the sidebar navigation to find their

Referrals are displayed in a new list view. You can sort by New Referrals, Accepted, and Rejected. To do further analysis on your Referrals, check out the Detailed Referrals reports or download to a CSV/Excel file.
