We are experiencing a bug preventing professionals from recording activities on the Activity Timeline when navigating there from the customer or student records. We have placed an announcement on all instances of My Professional Center that use the Activity Timeline. Our team is working to resolve the issue, and we thank you for your patience.
In the meantime, please navigate to the Activity Timeline from the main left side navigation then search the Customer/Student name to record the activity on their Activity Timeline. Thank you for using this workaround while we resolve the issue. See the screenshots below for clarity.
