Using Enrich + My Colorado Journey

Beginning on March 30, 2023, Enrich has been integrated with Single Sign On capability at My Colorado Journey. In order to access Enrich, you now need a My Colorado Journey account. 

How to access Enrich via My Colorado Journey's Single Sign On

1. Create your My Colorado Journey accounts for free at: https://www.mycoloradojourney.com/customer-portal/register. 
2. If you previously had an Enrich account and need to access it, be sure to use the same email that you used for your Enrich account. You will not lose any of the progress you previously made in Enrich if you use the same email. 
3. Once you enter your First Name, Last Name, Birthdate, and Email, you will receive a confirmation on the next screen that looks like this.

You must open the email sent from [e-mail] and click the link "Create Password." The email is titled "Welcome to the Customer Portal!" and looks like this: 

If the email went to your spam or junk folder, please move it to your regular email inbox to enable the "Create Password" link.

Once you have your password created, please save it in a safe and secure manner. You will then be able to access your Enrich account.
